Groups & Workshops

We are in the process of developing small, supportive group
offerings for children, teens, and caregivers.

These groups are designed to bring together
individuals and families who are navigating similar challenges. Creating space
for connection, shared understanding, and practical skill-building.

Why Groups?

There is something powerful about realizing you are not the
only one going through this.

Group settings can offer:

  • A sense of connection and reduced isolation
  • Opportunities to learn from others with similar experiences
  • Practice using new skills in a supportive environment
  • Shared language and understanding across families

For many, groups can be a meaningful complement
to individual therapy—or a helpful starting point.

Planned Group Offerings

We are currently developing groups in the following areas:

Parent & Caregiver Support Groups

  • Parenting children with anxiety, OCD, or emotional regulation challenges
  • Supporting children with medical or complex health conditions
  • Space for connection, validation, and shared problem-solving

Child & Adolescent Groups

  • Anxiety and emotional regulation skills
  • Coping with medical conditions or chronic illness

Specialty Groups (Planned)

  • Families navigating functional neurological or related conditions
  • Parent groups focused on “retraining the brain” approaches
  • Short-term, topic-focused workshops

What to Expect

Groups will be:

  • Small and thoughtfully structured
  • Developmentally appropriate
  • Grounded in evidence-based and mind-body approaches
  • Focused on both support and practical skill-building

Some groups may be offered as:

  • Time-limited series (e.g., 4–8 weeks)
  • One-time workshops or intensives

We’re Hiring Group Facilitators
