Rates
We understand that navigating the health care system can be challenging. We are happy to answer questions about our rates and services during a free phone consultation.
You may choose to pay for our services directly, utilize an in-network insurance plan, apply an HSA towards payments, or submit payments towards your out-of-network benefits. If you are paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of costs prior to initiation of services.

Hope Psychology Practice is in-network with:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield

- UCare
If you choose to use insurance, we encourage you to contact your insurance company and ask the following questions.
- Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- How many sessions per year are covered in my plan?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What amount will be covered by insurance for the following types of therapy sessions?

PRIVATE PAY
Full payment is due at the time of service. We will provide a superbill in case you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier.
- Initial Diagnostic Assessment $250.00
- 30 Minute Therapy Session $125.00
- 45-60 Minute Therapy Session $180.00
Prices are subject to change on the first of the calendar year.
PAYMENT
We accept check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please make checks payable to Hope Psychology Practice. A 3% convenience fee is added to all credit card charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or you are unable provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50 for the initial session and $180 for subsequent missed sessions.
